INTEGRIS Health Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation. It was organized under the laws of the state of Oklahoma for charitable, scientific and educational purposes and specifically to engage in the delivery of health-care services and related activities.

INTEGRIS Health is governed by an 11 to 15-member board of directors made up of business and community leaders from across the state. It's managed by President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Lawrence, with the assistance of senior staff in the areas of physician services, facility operations, strategic services and finance. INTEGRIS Health Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation formed in 1983 to serve as the parent corporation for, and to provide management and administrative support to, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Inc., another Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation that operates a tertiary care hospital in northwest Oklahoma City.

In 1994, INTEGRIS merged with Baptist Healthcare of Oklahoma, an event that brought to the organization a network of outstanding rural hospitals across the state. In 1995, INTEGRIS merged with Southwest Medical Center, an acute-care hospital in southwest Oklahoma City. Each of these organizations brings a rich history of serving Oklahomans. INTEGRIS Health, along with these and a number of other affiliated entities, form the INTEGRIS Health system.
