Job Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Associate Creative Director with strong experience in directing and developing motion graphics, graphic design, web design and video. Your portfolio should demonstrate a modern, elegant design aesthetic, and be able to show off your creative process (you aren't just an order taker). You will help lead our in-house creative team to tell Juniper's story and convince the world that our AI-Native networking solutions are as life-changing and amazing as we think they are. Working with a sense of urgency, help us discover new and evolving expressions of the Juniper brand. Join our diverse and eclectic team of doers, makers, and roll-up-your-sleevers.

Key responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership

Provide innovative and strategic creative direction to the design team, aligning and developing the brand's vision and business objectives.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of creative problem solving, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Digital Experience Design

Conceptualize and oversee the development of end-to-end digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive and captivating user journey.

Stay at the forefront of digital design trends, bringing a modern aesthetic to all digital touchpoints.

  • Motion Graphics and Video Production

Direct the creation of compelling motion graphics and video content that enhances the brand narrative.

Leverage strong visual storytelling skills to convey brand messages through a simple ownable visual style.

  • Campaign Concept Development

Drive the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital channels.

Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure creative concepts align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.

  • Digital Strategy

Contribute to the development of digital strategy, integrating creative concepts with data-driven insights to optimize user engagement.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to bring integrated digital solutions to life.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.

  • Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough reviews of motion graphics, video content, and digital experiences to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a creative leadership role with a focus on digital design, motion graphics, and video production.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video production, web and digital design across various platforms.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and communicate a compelling creative vision.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00

Maximum Salary:$218,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
