How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to Global Cloud Head, as the Project Lead, Cloud Services, you will be responsible managing and delivering complex cloud projects, leading cross-functional engagements, and driving the adoption of Agile practices with the Enterprise Cloud Services team.

  • Lead and manage cloud-based projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, encouraging open communication and a consistent focus on delivering value.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and teams, facilitating the negotiation of requirements, team resources, and schedule.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and inspire them to innovate and develop new solutions.
  • Continuously assess the Agile maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

The Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in a cloud environment.
  • Strong background in Cloud technologies, Project Management, and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience working with JIRA tool.

Assets:

  • Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
