A Digital Designer job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). The successful candidate will have a passion for crafting customer-friendly, engaging solutions that clearly communicate a brand's voice and style. You'll join a fast-paced dynamic team, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, and collaborate with diverse groups to deliver designs that resonate with our customers.

Digital Designer job responsibilities include:

  • Craft exceptional digital designs, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards across web, email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Embrace a customer-centric approach, understanding the customer's journey from initial engagement to loyal patronage.
  • Drive the digital growth of the company, maintaining a strategic brand perspective and ensuring visual consistency across print, retail, and digital assets.
  • Design and execute ecommerce and other direct to consumer initiatives, including content, targeting, editorial, delivery and optimization.
  • Create and execute wine club transactional emails.
  • Responsible for ensuring all emails are entered into our internal compliance for approval.
  • Independently manage and multitask across multiple projects, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of projects, advocating for design decisions with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Consistently follow industry trends and design best practices to ensure our brands remain innovative, competitive, and relevant.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in an online and/or E-commerce environment with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator particularly.
  • Comfortable with mid-level photo retouching and image manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, UX/UI and SEO web standards and the latest web technologies, with a solid grasp of how web sites and email's function.
  • Solid knowledge of ADA compliance and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with the email builder Campaign Monitor is beneficial.
  • Experience in motion design and video editing a plus.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

    Your Compensation:

    $60,591.00 - $79,162.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
